“I am finally writing to thank you for the excellent support you gave me over the re-modelling of Thorpedale Road: fairly small house but a very big project. From start to finish I really enjoyed working with you and greatly appreciated your creativity, clarity of communications and efficiency. I cannot think of a single instance when I had to wait for anything or did not receive a prompt response to enquiries. Everything was crystal clear and your style of communications – with me, with builders, with anyone involved – was frank, direct and supportive of all parties. That said, I think you looked after my personal interests and ambitions for the project brilliantly.

We are absolutely delighted with the house; it is transformed. It is light, spacious, attractive - everyone enjoys living there. The house is relatively cheap to heat in winter: great insulation and the boiler works very efficiently – a far cry from my place in Christchurch Road! It is hard to pin Joe down at the moment but I shall get him to take some nice photos and send them on, especially now that we have some nicer furnishings in the place.
