For our residential projects our approach is to listen and spend time with a client at the outset and throughout the project, in order to get an idea and a feeling of what it is they want to achieve with their project and for their budget.

TURN has many years of experience advising clients on how they might re-model or extend a property and taking these ideas through to completion. Depending on the condition and age of the property we also advise on what the minimum scope of refurbishment work should be and can offer our professional knowledge of current planning rules and requirements and other statutory matters.

If you are in the process of purchasing a property and would like early architectural advice we offer a service which includes a site visit and discussion with you followed up with a brief written report. This generally takes up to 2 - 4 hours of our time charged to you at our current hourly rate.

We will not offer a ‘one size fits all’ solution or force our own style upon a client, and we do not believe that following the current fashion trend is always the best approach for everyone.

We have produced a simple guide to give to our clients or potential clients at the outset which goes through the stages and hurdles to ensure a successful project.
