Summary desccription:

The client’s brief was to fully refurbish this 3 storey Victorian end of terrace house, including essential structural works, new services, new kitchen and replacement of all windows, as well as landscaping works to rear garden.

The existing 1990s single storey dining room extension was retained and the connecting opening to the kitchen was widened and raised, and the kitchen layout improved to allow for better storage.

The project also includes some energy efficiency measures: Thermal improvements such as under floor insulation at ground level and double glazed, pre-finished timber sash windows, as well as energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.

Internal finishes include large-format grey limestone floor tiles and granite worktops to kitchen and oak flooring to all bedrooms and living rooms.
