A new shower room and separate WC are also included.

Services were replaced throughout and a mist sprinkler system was installed to allow for opening up the stairwell well and rooms to the upper and lower ground floors.

The project also includes thermal improvements such as under floor insulation, insulation to all roofs and High performance glazed sliding folding doors to the kitchen/living room connecting the space to the rear garden.

Internal finishes include slate floor tiles, terrazzo work tops and bespoke sprayed mdf panelling and units to the lower ground floor; mosaic tiling to the shower room and new engineered oak floor boards to the upper floors.
